Referral Program Agreement

Terms of Services

Referral Program of Hostinger International is offering you the opportunity to refer friends via a referral program and earn 20% of each successful referee's first purchase. The referee will get a 20% discount at the checkout! By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Services. All of Hostinger's decisions are final and binding.

How to share or send an invitation:

1. Sign in to your Hostinger account.

2. Click the avatar at the top of the page.

3. Click ‘Earn with us’.

4. Choose which social media channel or email you want to send your referral through.

Once you've sent the referral, the referee will need to complete these steps before you receive reward:

• Person who received the referral has to be a new user at Hostinger (do not have any purchases yet).

• Click the link in the referral email, and accept the invitation to sign up.

• Purchase a hosting plan (except for email and cPanel hosting) for at least 12 months. If the referral purchased the domain first, for example, and later hosting, it won't count the reward, because the first invoice wasn't with the hosting plan, and the client is not new anymore.

• Do not refund the payment and be an active user for at least 45 days (active user means that account is not deactivated).

Note: it has to be a new user. First purchase of this person has to be a hosting plan. Services related to domains, email and cPanel will not generate any reward.

To check the status of your referrals:

1. Sign into hPanel.

2. Click the avatar at the top of any page.

3. Click ‘Earn with us’.

4. Click Check Your Progress.

5. For any reward listed as Referral, you'll see the status of the referral under Status column:

   1. Pending: Your referral has been invited to use Hostinger but hasn't yet paid for a service.

   2. Qualified: Your referral has purchased a plan.

   3. Declined: Your referral purchased a plan but later refunded it.

   4. Approved: You have been credited reward for referral.

Exact reward amount depends on the order value, which will be bought by the user who used a referral link. To see earnings:

1. Sign in to hPanel

2. Click the avatar at the top of any page.

3. Click ‘Earn with us’.

4. See Your rewards table.

Reward payout rules:

1. Earnings will be issued after collecting 50USD of earnings.

2. Earnings will be transferred via Paypal:

   1. Paypal email address will be selected as the latest or default payment method with us via Paypal.

   2. Set email address can be found:

      1. Sign in to hPanel

      2. Click the avatar at the top of any page.

      3. Click ‘Earn with us’.

      4. Click Check Your Progress.

      5. See Your assigned Paypal account.

Earned amounts cannot be exchanged, sold for any cash or transferred in any other way than PayPal.

Restrictions

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral Program is meant only for referring the people that are already in your network: your friends, family, colleagues, clients and their networks.  So Referral links should not be published or distributed on commercial websites or on blogs, only on your personal social media where your network can see the codes. You are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes mass texting, emailing, or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems/bots through any channel to distribute, post or otherwise share your referral link.

You are prohibited from bidding on keywords and phrases containing the "Hostinger" trademark, or variations or misspellings of the trademarked term on Pay per Click or Pay per Impression campaigns on the search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, Ask, Bing or others).

Cancelation policy

Hostinger reserves the right to change, end, or pause, in whole or in part, any referral program, as well as any referrer/inviter's or referee/invitee's ability to participate in any referral program or receive rewards at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud (including by either the referrer and/or referee/invitee), abuse, or any violation of these Referral program Terms and Conditions.

Hostinger's sole discretion, it reserves the right to cancel rewards in the event of any of the following reasons:

- Hostinger is unable to collect funds from the referred customer.

- The order is fraudulent.

- The reward was earned improperly for any other reason.

Governing law

Any controversy, claim or dispute arising under this Referral Agreement will be resolved according to the jurisdiction and legislation where the Hostinger entity servicing your Referral account is located.
